Didn't see it, but if it's the other hoteliers rating the business, then they would think it worse value for money if the other business wastes food?
I've recorded it gina, probably watch it later today.

true boxtops, but i think it was just a bit of tit for tat really, and i dont think they should say if they have paid more or less than the required amount either , they should just wait until they all open the envelopes
Guess I agree - different establishments charge wildly different rates anyway, I don't really know how they decide what's a fair rate. Shame they can't do the same for Come Dine with Me, the participants could give what they felt the evening was worth!
It would make it a lot fairer if the hosts didn't know if they'd been underpaid or overpaid until the end.
There is a lot of revenge tactics going on there.
I agree - why say after each visit if you have underpaid or overpaid - very unfair- they didn't do this in the last series.
DEN - they seem to be changing format of series as it is going on

in the first series they had to give the amount tehy were paying after each visit. likehc said, a lot of revenge tactics going on
Tony - Gina - I did also wonder if sometimes the cobwebs and dust is put there on purpose to make the programme - hmmm just a thought (:0(

I mean, if you knew other B & B'ers were coming to stay and would look into every nook and cranny, then wouldn't you really give the room a good going over.

i think you would Den, youd go over it with a fine tooth comb wouldnt you
I thought you said there "if any ABers were coming to stay"... LOL.
hahaha Boxy - now that would make an interesting programme. hee hee
But why would any B&B owner want to be shown having mucky rooms on national tv?
