I don't think either have HAS sites. I know that Bruntingthorpe is used occasionally for stuff but it definitely doesn't have HAS sites.
I've been looking at several bases and one former airfield that is used as a race circuit is RAF Upper Heyford and it does have HAS sites. Perhaps it's this base? RAF Alconbury also has HAS sites but I think the runway is full of cars. Oh well... :)
