looking for TV episode from 80s that features yogi cleaning intestines with linen

Between1980 and 83, I saw an episode that featured a yogi cleaning his intestines with linen. It could have been Ripley's Believe it or Not, or That's Incredible, but I haven't been able to find the episode in any of the lists. I am looking for the information for a book. If anyone could help me find it, I would really appreciate it. Thank-you!
