That may be the case Ann, but if your only symptom is a short term memory loss then I don't see why, I would have thought as long as you have "Mental Capacity" to make an informed decision then I don't see a problem. I suppose that Dignitas are protecting themselves against legal battles, I cant blame them for that, it could get very complicated.
