I think the actress is Elize du Toit who played Izzy in Hollyoaks.

well its put me on the right track. There wasnt a photo of her on IMDB. But on her entry she's in a film called 'The Devils Chair' with an actor called Andrew Howard that looks VERY similar to the actor in the music video!
