we think there was a character by the name of teabag years ago on a childrens t.v programme, we came to the conclusion it may have been grotbags from the pink windmill we were thinking of but still sure there was a teabag character somewhere. x

T-Bag is a witch-like character who appears in a number of television programmes which ran from the mid-80s to early 90s on Children's ITV. Written by Grant Cathro and Lee Pressman, each series has a different title and features a single story told over several episodes.

is that the one where a child had to go round to different lands and find rings or something else? or am i thinkin of a different show?
The original t-bag was Elizabeth Estensen and later in Emmerdale

Yes Their was a program with a woman in it called Teabag. I remember it when I was a kid in the 80's It was from 85-93 on air here's a link to a clip of it!
