i am recordng 'Journey to the centre of the earth' tonight, just hoping that Richard Hammond can resist making lots of childish and stupid remarks along the way, he is the reason i watch Total wipeout with my finger on the mute button, which as its a light entertainment show doesnt matter much when i tune him out, but tonights program needs the sound on all the time, so fingers crossed.

Richard Hammond is not all that clever to make such a volley of quips, so it depends on who wrote the script for the program ....
I cannot stand the pint sized, egotistical pillock who is a Jeremy Clarkson-humour wannabe.

I do agree - Mrs Hammond get those scissors out, his hair is dreadful!

good programme but Hammond irritates me (always has)think he should be on blue peter, making all those stupid faces look very patronising to me
