was this bloke - ross lee -in some kids show about 8 years ago? I don't know what the show was called but he was in a skip, filled with video tapes and he would show video clips.
he was very very thin, with a strong yorkshire accent. It must be him!

He's a strange man isn't he?! Laughed out loud at his take on the bloke dancing from the film Silence of the Lambs - he's got guts. It's also been done in Family Guy which was equally as funny, but it's a cartoon of course.
