What is your dispute?
Who is Kenneth Stacey?
Is it a termination fee or is it a payment of the remaining tly contractual payments?
How much is the fee?
Can you tell us the circumstances?
it's really hard to give any meaningful advice with such scant details.
Are you disputing you owe anything? disputing the amount?
Question Author
i had a verbal contract with virgin media with no mention of a contract when i said i wasnt satisfied they replyed saying give 30 days notice and that would be okay which we did they then sent us a bill for 180 pounds for a termination fee i dont think this is fair we had been with them for 15 months and paid everything by direct debit i think they are wrong ask for a terminationn fee
What did Virgin Media say when you queried the termination fee?

http://help.virginmed...elfservice.controller

http://shop.virginmed...r-cable-services.html

Are these pages any good? I have always found Virgin Media to be helpful and they have fully explained anything that I have queried.

.
As I see it you were with Virgin Media for 15 months & then you gave 30 days notice of termination. Check your original contract that you had when you started with them, if it was a 12 month contract then you owe nothing, however if it was an 18 month contract you are in breach of that contract & quite rightly you owe them £180.00'
