i caught the second half of this late last night. I missed the beginning so am ot sure what the rules were.
I realised they weren't allowed any council services, but the children were going to school.
Could someone please explain?

thanks. it says they weren't allowed education, but one girl was definitely at school, 'cus they were discussing getting her home instead of using the after school club.
