just suppose you're an all-powerful TV boss and you are able to bring back one TV series from the past, to make new series of it either with its original cast if they're still with us, or with new actors. Which series would you choose?

But there are 3 I'd love to see again
(1) Mr Ed was also a great series- I loved the re-runs in the late 1980s/early 1990s on C4.
(2) The Rock n roll years, combining news footage and music from the late 1950s to early 70s, maybe updated to include 80s .
(3)Finally, Laurel and Hardy. I'd show every single one of their short 20 minute programmes.

What I really used to enjoy was Rowan & Martin's Laugh in which was so funny, I always looked forward to watching each week, also Those were the days,& good variety shows & good films totally without F***ng & blinding & good family films without duvets constantly going up & down.A lot was left to the imagination & I think we were better for it.
