I'm with you Thistle. I loathe and detest it and consider it to be a total drain on my time and energy. I normally do my supermarket shop online - that way there is less chance of my killing someone.

Hi Welshlibranr, when I HAVE to go to the shops they seem to be full of stuff that I dont want! Like clothes!(wrong colour,wrong size,wrong price)!

I must be the odd one out here, I really enjoy supermarket shopping (sad I know) what shall we have, what's new? Love going to different supermarkets too, usual is Lidl followed by Co-op for what we cannot get at Lidl. Favourite treat is a trip to Ross on Wye to Morrisons. Doesn't take much to make me happy does it?

I hate ...............neighbours cats in my garden, chasing birds, scratching my plants up and leaving mess in my borders - why don't they stay in their own gardens? I have been advised putting Olbas oil on teabags and putting them in the flower borders to deter them. Any other remedies?
