I was watching eastenders last week (for the first time in a couple of weeks) and Sam was working in the Vic, how did this come about? Last i saw she was getting a grand a week from Chrissy

I think they decided things couldn't go on as they were, so Chrissie persuaded Sam to run the pub with her as a partner rather than carry on with the blackmail thing.
