Surely American Werewolf... mainly used "Blue Moon" (actually, more than one version IIRC) - though they may have used "Bad Moon Rising" as well.

They used a number of songs with reference to the moon and wolves including Blue Moon by the Marcels. The scene where he changes into the werewolf was where they use Bad Moon Rising.
