'Casualty' obviously hopes that viewers don't have long memories. If you look back at old episodes you might find that the character of Seonaidh Lucas (2011) looks remarkably similar to that of Linda Riley (2007), Gina Driscoll (2004) and 'Sally' (1992).

Indeed, if you like medical dramas, you might find that three different characters in 'Doctors' (plus another in 'The Royal') all look remarkably similar!
