Does anyone watch 'The Bill' ? If so, has anyone noticed a bloke that looks like Jerome Taylor wandering around CID ?

Jerome Taylor was the bloke who tried to set up Super Intendent Adam Okaro with a drugs charge. He was of mixed race and had a chip on his shoulder, I think he was once in the police force himself.
