Never having watched this programme before thought I would give it a try.
Excruciatingly unfunny. Embarassing even. Any comments?

IMHO the episode didn't make light of the Catholic priest abuse issue, it brought home how, as a result of such abuse, political correctness and the dreaded Health & Safety that excursions involving children are now fraught with legislation.
It also highlights the quandries, moral dilemma's and paradox's faced by the clergy in such situations, the main case in point being the member of the congregation who wasn't allowed on the trip for past misdemeanours yet, as he argued, the church is all about forgiveness etc and how the church is so contradictory.
I thought it was at its usual brilliant best, but that's just my opinion.
