it was a low budget british gangster movie
sure it was either 2010 or 2011
a fella was beaten up, and then hung upside down in a warehouse and had his b****ks chopped off with hedge shears

Gangster No.1? - might be a bit too early tho' as this was 2001, Love Honour and Obey is another one i thought of but that early too as it was 2000. will have a think......

nah its none of those, i really cant remember what its called, i dont think there was anyone really famous in the movie.
the plot runs around this fella, starts debt collecting for some gangster,he ends up collecting money from a durty flat and stabs the bloke in the hand pinning him to the kitchen bench. taking money from a beanbag and keeping it.
his mate ends up being hung upside down and having his bits chopped off
