Sorry to bring it up...but does anyone know anything about what this year's BB will be like? i know it starts soon, but that's it!! info etc greatly appreciated!

I think I remember reading somewhere that it is 11 weeks long instead o the usual ten and has a comedy theme.  Though what they will do to make it comical I have no idea!

A bunch of no-hopers trying to become z-grade celebs will ponce around a house, getting on each other's nerves.

People who enjoy quality TV will find it tedious, insulting and vacuous. Coverage of the show will dominate the tabloids and the celeb rags like "Heat".

Unfortunately, most of the public will think it's great.

Ban this damned programme please, for the following three reasons;

 

1. My other half watches it every single night without fail, and then texts her friends (I thought it was only teenagers that texted!).

Hi Hugob. Glad to see BB stirs the emotions there as well! Ours kicked off last Sunday and have to admit I'm a BB tragic. LeMarchand sums it up perfectly! Ours has started off with a pair of identical (male) twins who are being swapped by BB without the others noticing. We have a Million bucks prizemoney (obscene I know) but they lose 5 grand for each breaking of the rules ie leaving mics off etc, so it'll be diddly squat by the end. Last year we had Miriam appear, but they picked her for a bloke within an hour so that fell flat so to speak.
I'll also be watching North and South on Sunday. is it any good?
