Grange Hill Reunion
Did anyone see the documentary on C4 last night about the reunion of the Grange Hill gang who sang Just Say No!! Was such a fan of Grange Hill... Slightly disappointed on many levels, but mainly, at the end to tell you the truth as it was obviously all fixed, when all the guests arrived just by chance in the same car when the man was stood outside saying he wasnt sure who was turning up. And then all of a sudden loads of the other kids from that era - who weren't tracked down but that mad man - appeared.
By the way who is that man who did the docu, he's on absolutely everything at the moment.

Others were probably filmed. I would have liked to know what Gripper had been doing since Grange Hill. It obviously was not rehearsed at all, you could see that they did not know what to do on stage.
Yes watched it, and yes was dissapointed that they didn't interview the others.
But was most gutted that Zammo's girlfriend at the time wasn't there - in 1986 I was the same age as these kids, and had such a huge crush on her - anybody know what her real name is???
Also, the black guy who did the rap in the Just Say No video...................what a self-important pretentious T055ER.
He, or rather his team, did track down the other cast members but that obviously wasn't shown.
I enjoyed the show although I wish they showed interviews with the other cast members too (I used to fancy Fleur Taylor and they only showed her getting out the car! :( )
Anyway, have a look at http://www.grangehillfans.co.uk/closeup/reunion86_index. html
Would have also loved to seen the likes of Gonch and the girl who used to say Ro-land, And Danny, the boy who died in Mr Bronson's car.. Wot about Ronnie and Callie as well. The programme has stirred so many memories of watching it as a kid.
And yeh why was Gripper Stepson in the Just Say No documentary? He was in the Tucker Jenkins era..
I used to love Callie too. What a shame about that Michael Winner incident. It is a pity she wasn't on that reunion show.....
