Seen on TV many years ago, the film centres around a plane crash in the desert where there are approx 5 survivors.  While waiting on the rescue team I recall the struggle of the survivors and for some reason they were never able to wander from far from the crash site.  The twist comes at the end when the rescue team arrive at the crash site and walk passed the survivors neither seeing or acknowledging them.  At this point both they and the viewer become aware that they, the survivors are infact all dead and it has been the struggle of their spirits
