I thought Status Quo ought to have been asked to perform.

Had loads of hits over the decades which was more than can be said for Grace Jones or Cheryl Cole. And they can actually sing live.
not sure why grace jones was included, and cheryl cole is an embarrassment. As to status quo, they are usually included in these gigs perhaps the old boys are having a bit of a rest.
Where were brian may ,the stones ,gary wilmot, gloria honeyford, terry wogan posh david .myleen ,brucie ,carol smilie, ?
Brian May was in the audience, as to the rest don't know, perhaps the stones were doing a gig elsewhere.
I missed Cheryl Cole.....I enjoyed the rest.
Gloria Honeyford, why her?
I enjoyed Grace Jones, I thought she was great.
Any one have any opinions as the alleged comedians on the concert ? i would say chav myself but each to thier own
the wonderful gloria honyford .Wonder if Er would be up for a "Cash in the attic special " was angie rippon about ?
everyone needed to be available AND willing to perform for free ...

maybe status quo aren't monarchists anyway?
Status Quo would have only needed to play one number as every one of there records sounded the same IE same music slightly different lyrics. Anyway it's unlikely you would see them in June they only perform around Christmas time whilst doing their annual farewell tour !
I'm glad I didn't watch it now, but I agree Quo should have been there.
the quo are currently on tour - they were at speke on sunday, and are in denmark on friday.
Hi coldstream. Comedy was conspicuous by its absence. And what a totally useless individual is Will.I.Am
Down down deeper and down.
'Madness' performance was good I thought, the decor during their singing was even more amazing, the changing scenes on the Palace front was really cool!
All these types of concerts are fairly second rate as most performers can't do live. Never did think Paul McCartney could sing (I was right).
He's on now and I agree, he can't sing ....
Quite why they thought 'Live and Let Die' was appropriate, I don't know!
