Why no Corrie this coming Friday?

According to my weekend mags, it is a 2 hour Lewis on Friday. Why?

it isn't a beautiful game, it's full of crooks, spivs, and bully boys, racists and fools, with greedy untalented sportsmen, and a game that was once the preserve of greats, now tawdry and nothing like the game i remember.

If they can show 2 hours of a Lewis (Rpt), then they could show an hour of corrie and an hour of something else.

if you look at the weeks schedule, many of the soaps have been taken off, moved around, which probably pleases some.
