13 and a half hours of tennis on BBC1 and BBC2 today...and every day for nearly 2 weeks.
What do those on here that moan when a football match is shown for a couple of hours, occassionally, think of that?

My point is saturation coverage seems acceptable for a minority sport but as soon as the most popular sport in the World cause folks to miss their beloved soaps it's moan moan moan!

The BBC seems able to find the money to broadcast extra HD channels for the Olympics - "24 live HD streams - accessible via your PC or broadcast on Sky/Virgin/Freesat"
So why are we still getting useless SD only versions of BBC3 and BBC4 ... even when the content is elderly SD material it would still look a lot better if they did a decent upscaling job and broadcast in HD.
