hahaha Sandy - he has taken a group of inmates at Brixton Prison and is training them to be chefs. They are making cakes and pastries to sell to the public. All knives, vegetable peelers and other kitchen equipment is under lock and key and has to be counted in and out every day.

I love our Gordon, all rugged and manly.

Yes he does shout a lot but he does motivate those chefs to up their standards and to be the best they can be and the end result is top perfectly cooked food that customers love, keep coming back for more and spreading the word.

The owners must be happy seeing their bank balances must overflow after he's been through.
