OMG, the brass necked cheek of them! Boasting about how much stuff they nick and taking orders (not to mention showing their faces on the telly).

Amazing - that man with 16 pairs of shorts under his coat - and he even took the hangers!

The couple, bold as brass, walking around showing where they had stolen stuff from (and taken orders off their neighbours). And don't get me started on the 'professional shoplifter' - what, he's got qualifications in it?
NVQ in theiving!
It really pi$$ed me off to see the police laughing and joking with the criminals and one policewoman said after she had locked one up for the night,'I really like him'.
What sort of an example is this setting for anyone?
I did have to laugh though when I saw the store detective wearing sunglasses in the store. Talk about drawing attention to yourself!

in the old days they were called "hoisters" and the Auzzies all settled in Kangaroo Valley [ Earls Court to everyone else] were masters at it and it payed for their UK staythey always stole to order and sold to people in pubs &clubs, today with all the cameras & modern technology it doesnt seem worth the effort, it would be a deterent if they got jail instead of another slap on the wrist and a friendly policeman/woman to laugh & joke with them.
I think we in UK should do like a US state does......Anyone caught stealing or breaking & entering into someones house should be made to parade around the local area where the crime was committed wearing a sandwich board telling the world the crime they have recently done. Maybe walk around for several days & let people ask them questions as to why they did it. Also believe that most criminals aught to face their victims...not in the case of rape. This could replace the community service (which is a joke) as they dont spend all day doing the job. too many tea breaks.
No point in imprisoning them either, thats home from home to some.....also no room...they are full of non UK persons.
Think we should bring back National Service for all school leavers to teach them to show respect!
Yes I know its the minority that offend but unfortunately they are the ones that we see too much of.
puts the prices up for everyone else too! (and taxes if you think about police and court time?)
