Milk Carton

Can anybody help me..?...Completely forgot a film I saw a while ago..the only scene I can recall is where,set in a kitchen,the baddie switches on the gas stove,filling the room with gas,and stoppng his assailant from firing his gun,in case of sparks etc...BUT...(and here comes the neat bit)..his pursuer opens the fridge door and,grabbing a carton of milk,jams the gun muzzle in the carton..fires..and it's goodnight Vienna...please help with the title so I can sleep tonight..Thanking you lot in anticipation..
