freeview tv recording

my husband set up freeview to record 'deal or no deal' with a series link... no matter what we try we can't cancel it.. just have to delete every day... anyone know how to cancel recording when you've put series link on please?

On mine I just go into Library, highlight the programme, press delete (red button) message comes up asking if your sure, press OK and it goes. Good luck!

yes, go to timer or library and press a certain colour button for edit ...

this will give you the option to cancel for sure!

For me, I go into Menu, then Planned Recordings, then find the programme you want to remove from Series link. Press Blue to delete and Green to confirm.

tks looobyloo... yours seems to have worked but as the paralympics are on there doesn't seem to be any 'deal' on at moment anyway!!! tks also to everyone else who answered.. much appreciated
