Is it possible to view a programme from ITV player on my computer,
and Transfer to abe to watch on my TV

You should be able to direct the output from your computer direct to your TV screen (depending on the connectons on your computer and on your TV).

So for example if you have a HDMI socket on both your computer and TV you can run a HDMI cable between the two and show what is on your computer screen on your TV screen.

If you have not got HDMI it is a bit more diffcult but still do-able.
