-What type of house did that guy build when he got rid of the two garages ?

- That house with the big crack - did it turn out to be serious - what was the remedy ?

Did the valuations in the end show a decent profit ?

I saw it, if you don't want to watch Iplayer, he finally got planning permission to build a 3 storey house (detached) on his third application. The living accommodation had to be on the first floor due to flooding risks and the kitchen was on the ground floor. It ended up a topsy turvey house which looked odd I thought as it didn't fit in with the rest of the street.
