News reader with very expressive eyebrows

Hi there, new user and i can't get an answer anywhere else so could you help me?

I'm looking for a newsreader with what must be the most expressive eyebrows in the world, he used to be on bbc1 at 5am i think and like i said he used his eyebrows a lot when talking and he also had a habit of dipping his head as he did this.

Surely someone must know who i'm talking about? The last time i think i can remember seeing him was last year i think.

Have you tried doing a google/bing image search for e.g. bbc newsreader 2011 and looking through all the pictures to see if he's included in the search results?
