That reminds me. My hubby and i started going to our local pub every sunday without fail for a sunday roast. we considered it our treat. One week we didnt go for some reason and when we went in there again they said oh you missed all the excitement last week--David Jason came in for a drink! Typical, eh?
Thanks GM, I will be going for zzzz in a moment, I've just realised it's turned midnight so its my birthday! 65!!! A real oldie now :( but I still feel 21 ... and still have long blonde hair :)
Thank you Gm. It sounds really scary doesn't it ...... 65 oh dear! 1947 was a real vintage year then ;)
Hubby is going to be 65 in February and we can't wait for him to be on "the government payroll!" LOL
Yes, my friends hubby says i am like a recycled teenager! ha! I say i might look 100, but in my head im still 18!
I just wish i could see as i am registered blind, but ive got a little tiny bit of sight, not much., to which i am so grateful.
I have hereditary lung disease (sarcoidosis) although i have never smoked and nor has any one in my family at home. This is what has made me lose my sight,,, as it affects every organ in my body, including my eyes. Like you i have trouble with my knees, they aid it was severe arthritis, and have recently had a cortisone injection in knee. It helped no end.
Gm - that is an amazing coincidence. I had Sarcoidosis from 1992 - 2008 and eventually it's burnt itself out. I was fortunate it didn't affect my eyes, just had Lupus Pernio (sarcoid on skin on face) and cysts in fingers and toes and in lungs (always in Sarcoidosis) x
