background patterns
0 Answers
i notice that in bbc news interviews there is often a photograph of the houses of parliament. it used to be from beside westminster bridge and included the underside of the arches. now it is cross river shot. why do both of these have strange background patterns which render parts of the picture to appear out of or in soft focus? is it something to do with copyright? are there other photographs which also thus deformed?
