Was watching an old episode of Lewis and the story was centred around a prison that had been turned into a hotel. Are there any old prisons that have been turned into hotels?

Looks like the Malmaison Oxford.

Am slighty disturbed that there's a market for :

ACCOMMODATION > SPECIALIST> special, unusual & unique > prisons, jails, courtrooms ... > UK

each to their own.
By the sounds of it there are some that prisons that are like hotels, en suite ,all mod cons etc !
I had a look at this hotel when I fancied going to Oxford, it looked very nice indeed. Quite pricey if I remember rightly.
A courthouse missing from the above link is Great Marlborough Street court, in central London, which is now the Courthouse Hotel (and a 5 star, which is more than the accommodation was before). The developer has retained some of the cells, in the downstairs bar, which makes that a bit creepy.
Gloucester prison is one of the ones faced with closure and the rumour is that it is to become a hotel.
I read somewhere that Bow St Magistrates Court has been converted into a hotel.
Maybe that's the same building that Fred Puli43 mentioned
