Where can I get a CD or download with device drivers for Panasonic camcorder NV-DS99B?

You can't! That model recorded to tape, not to digital memory. To transfer a video to a computer you need to play the tape and feed the output to a computer's video capture card or, if it hasn't got one, use something like: http://www.maplin.co.uk/video-2-go-conversion-for-mac-and-pc-506680 Chris

You can't!

Have you tried the Panasonic website, they have a support section where you can search for drivers etc as long as you have the model number for your device.
Chris is right, I just looked through the manual, there are no drivers.
