did anyone watch the first part. I thought it was charming and funny.
She comes across as so lovely, i wish she was my mum and could cook me all these fabulous dishes.

Hi em ..I've just watched it on catch up this afternoon .She's lovely .
She was really moved to see that picture of her father .I've often wondered ,watching her on the bake off progs ,why her left hand was a bit crooked and thought it was maybe arthritis .I never realised she had polio as child .
She's very unassuming and modest .
She's become a bit of fashion icon too .I love the way she ties her scarf and in spite of watching numerous scarf tying videos I still can't crack it :)
