Kevin was born in Yorkshire in 1959. He lived in a small village named Carleton and attended Carleton high school. His first appearance was in "Sam" (1973). He played the young Sam living in a mining village between the two world wars. His most memorable character was 'Kevin Marsh' on "Corrie" in which he burned down a factory. He always played a main character apart form his cameo appearance on "Open All Hours"(1976} as a cocky young boy showing who's boss to 'Arkwright' the tight fisted shop owner.
