Did you enjoy the programme last night? What did you methinks of it?
I thoroughly enjoyed it. Love it when they show Bolero, I don't know why but it always makes me weepy.
Do wish they would get together though with a lot more than a dabble!

Watched the recording we did of it tonight, loved it and like you Caran, I wish they would get together, I have a feeling he would have liked to years ago...maybe even more than she did.

I remember watching a documentary about the pair of them. He was a right old bully andI went right off him.

He didn't come across like that last night, he seemed very caring. They seem so comfy together, they phone each other 2-3 times a day.

Sorry Headwreck, didn't realise you we're in Ireland. I have followed them for an eternity, always wanted them to be together. Apart from that though they are a magical couple, they are so right together.

I loved that programme and did laugh when Jayne told about them signing on and saying that they didn't intend to work when asked.

They seem like such nice people who are comfortable in their skins.

Personally, I always think the Bolero is over hyped. Their Paso Doble OSP in the same year is miles better in my opinion. Jayne is the matadors cape!

Am in the middle of watching it now. I have never seen the paso doble one before, how amazing they are. Yes I wonder if Christopher would have wanted to be with Jayne, maybe that is why he keeps divorcing. Aw lovely couple.

Actually Jayne Torville makes me feel ill so your typo made me giggle. Thanks for reminding me to go back and watch this on i-player. Although I find her irritating in the extreme I agree that Bolero is A MAZ ing. I would think they don't need to get together...they must get loadsamoney from doing this series and it keeps them in the public arena with all the adulation that brings. Those early mornings and far too much training are for the younger generation....

LyndaB - Yes I saw that program, he came across as a bully on there, leaving Jayne in tears many times. She still appears to love him tho (even if it is just a brotherly type of love).

I think they came over as a lovely couple and he appears to be very caring towards her. Perhaps he came over as a bully because where ice skating is concerned, he is a perfectionist.

When they were on the Piers Morgan show they said they did very briefly go out when they were very young but decided they were better as friends.
