Did anyone see this tonight with Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood? The recipes looked really yummy - simnel cake, Hot cross buns (who would have thought of putting pieces of apple in recipe to keep it moist?) a lovely lemon meringue pavlova, Greek easter bread and flaky pastry custard tarts topped with chocolate!
Worth watching on catch up if you missed it

Loved the meringue, and the simnel cake, in fact everything. Paul and Mary are a great team. Very informative and good fun.
