She doesn't claim to be like Eric Morecambe ; their styles are completely different.Her comedy is of embarrassment as a woman, even the slapstick is based on it being embarrassing, and her mother is a living embarrassment to her. And she appeals more to women than to men. I don't find her funny but the women in the family do

I love Miranda Hart and I think she IS funny. Also loved Morecambe and Wise and always watch the reruns. Threy were my Dad's absolute favourites.
