Just watching a programme Nature Shock: The Pig Bang Theory.
I quessed in one minute why the pig farms burnt down and why they burned for so long.
And they put it in an hours programme!!

With respect B00, I think that criticism was uncalled for, given that you were the first one to provide a link after the 'Jokes' had surfaced, and I for one certainly had no knowledge of that story up until I read your link!

As others have pointed out, and I said myself, I didn't know how they died, how many there were or any context.
Or rather, the only context is that we were talking about something called "The Pig Bang Theory" - which obviously treats the situation with the reverence it deserves?
From what I can see from other's responses it did seem to be methane related - which is what I thought.
I probably don't feel as strong about their deaths as I do about the "waste of food" aspect of it. It does seem a fairly nasty way to go though!
