Does anyone know the title of a marshall arts film which was on tv a couple of months ago.The main character was of eastern origin and had an implant to make him into a fighting machine,this is why he was being persued all over America. In one part of the film he is handcuffed to a man of black origin, they are being chased in the black guys car which happens to be his pride and joy. In this chase they are pulled over by bogus cops.The black guy says a funny phrase in this bit of film which goes like this,'there you go, there you go' ooh! The film was not Rush Hour and Jackie Chan was'nt in it. The film was quite funny with lots of kung fu fighting.
