Ikasu Av820

I use an Ikasu av 820 for capturing progs from tv , i have just set up my pc from scratch and reinstalled av 820 , when i try to record from tv it now says cannot record source may be protected , it never did this before the reset , can anyone advise me how to sort this out , thanks
