Bt Sport On Unsubscribed Sky Account

I've BT Broadband and a Sky box with a blue card though I haven't subscribed to Sky for the last 5 years. However, I can get freeview channels through the Sky box. Can I get BT Sport on my TV?

I understand that BT Sport is free for all BT Broadband customers.

If you have BT broadband it is free. You need to contact them and ask for it you may also need a viewing card. Once it has been activated you can watch it on TV or laptop or a tablet.

I'm in a similar situation and can confirm that you can't watch on a Skybox with no unsubscribed viewing card.

The best you can do is to watch online via bt.com and that is free for BT BB customers.

On the phone today BT told me that with having Sky box with a blue card I COULD get BT Sport on my tv even though I haven't subscribed to Sky for the last 5 years. Mattk - you know differently!!
