Has anyone seen madagascar yet,

is it good? I really want to see it.

It's not bad. I'm not usually into animations, but this was quite good fun. The characters are great, and watch out for the little fluffy thing with the big eyes! The bit with the duckling had me in hysterics. About 6 out of 10 - certainly not the best film I've seen by far, but a bit of escapism on a dull afternoon.

My kids, aged 7 and 9, loved it. I thought it wasn't in the same league as Shrek, better than Shark Tale, but perfectly watchable. I agree with the 6 out of 10 score.

I agree with previous replies it ended too abruptly for me, but kids loved it.  5/10

I agree with jennymac about the abrupt ending. 

Some brilliant one liners that had us all in stitches. 

Overall - 7.5/10 (I get Shrek 10, Shrek 2, 9 and Shark Tale 5)
