How would the police/court interpret someone saying that they 'know where you live, know where you work, know everything about you'

It sounds threatening to me, if it is from someone you don't know very well.

well i'm guessing it would depend on context. My husband told me the other day he knew where i worked (when i asked him to pick something up from there and asked him if he knew where he was going) I doubt the police would be interested tho

They'd have to do much more than that for the police to be vaguely interested.
sounds like a stalker but as the others have said, context is everything.

Lol Beds, it was meant to be intimidating. Its amusing..... straight out of a film script but I wonder if it's the kind of comment that police record or courts consider. There is a debt & this was meant to discourage pursual of that.
Agree with Ummmm -no crime has been committed.
