TV programme cryptic clue - please help with the answer. I am about to pull my hair out.

Can someone please help me with a cryptic crossword question as i have been pondering over it for 2 days now and cannot get the last answer.

The clue is - our wee queen is sixty -

It makes somehow a popular tv programme aired in the UK and i cannot work it out. It may be an anagram or just cryptic. Please please can someone help me with this.

"The Weakest Link". Anne Robinson is small "wee". Robison is a popular Scottish surname and she certainly reigns supreme in the show. She has recently turned sixty. Am I right?

Not "The Royal"?  It's set in the 60s isn't it!?

Not really a link to "our wee Queen" though I concede.

I'm stuck trying to find the significance of the ' before the 60.
