Absolutely loved first series. The whole premise was the two people finding each other after 60 odd years and how their families reacted.Now they are together my concern is will the show be nothing more than a drama/comedy about two disfunctional families.I shall watch and hope I'm wrong.

Gillian is my favourite and it wouldn't be good without her. (slept with John because she was drunk (what is it with him!) and felt sorry for him and it was a mistake and will never happen again - somehow I think it will happen again!)

CokeTulip don't agree it wouldn't be good without Gillian. She's very very good and would be missed but there are too many excellent performances for it to be spoiled by one person not being there, in my opinion.
