Last night's episode (2nd Aug) near the beginning they played a short excerpt of a "Gloria" (in excelsis Deo etc). Does anybody know who wrote it?

U2 - you will find it on there cd - October from many years ago.

I've just listened to that, and it's not what was on the programme. This sounded more classical and had the words "in excelsis" in it. Any ideas?
