Anyone just finished watching this? Was he smiling so much at the station because she ended up with a different bloke or have I got it wrong?

He got off very lightly I think, no wonder he was smiling.
Well written (except for the ending), I would have preferred to see the child as his, and watch what then transpired.

As she was having sex with both men during the same period of time without precaution, she couldn't really know who was the father (could she?) She even said "in 5 years time, if it looks like you ...."
We need to know!
Also ladies, something I have often pondered, I've never kissed a man, but that beard looked awfully bristly, wouldn't it be a more pleasurable experience if he was clean-shaven?

Yes I thought the baby was going to be his. The beard thing is a matter of taste but personally I like clean shaven (not to mention the rash inducing properties!) plus in David Morrisey's case it would take years off him. Even my idol Jeremy Paxman has lost it now he has that old grey fuzz on his face.
It was all slowed down at the end but I thought Sally just happened to catch sight of Carl rather than reacting to her name...the man was too attentive to be a stranger I thought, the first thing he did was touch the baby and you wouldn't expect or want a stranger to do that. (He could have been a relative/work colleague of course)
Re the beard - you get used to it. :)
